Hi Joy the Baker readers! My word, you guys are too sweet. I’ve been reading your comments and you are making my day…and its only 6am!
So I did something a little crazy just now…at 6am.
I took quite the leap of faith and did something I’ve been thinking about doing for a while.
I started an ETSY SHOP! Can you believe it? That just happened. Now, as of this moment, I only have one painting listed, and that’s the one you just saw on J to the B’s blog.
I know my new shop is bare and pathetic, but just deal for now mmmmmkay? I have a few more paintings to add and a bit of photography as well. This is HUGE!
So if you like what I painted for Joy’s giveaway, you can purchase it for yourself. How neat. I love technology.

I’m glad you started an Etsy shop. Everything awesome is on Etsy and you are one of the most awesome, so there you go. Please paint me a picture of birds. Not with feathers or anything, just the silhouettes. Because that is my favorite. And I then I will Etsy shop for your painting.

hey!
i just want you to know that i stumbled on your blog a few days ago, NOT because joy (the baker!) had directed us hopefuls here, but because i clicked on your name after you COMMENTED! how crazy is that?!?! anyway, i just wanted you to know that i was thinking of you, and am hoping that you are not too cold, waiting outside in the november air for harry potter to start. i think joy said you were from alabama, so hopefully it’s not too cold out, but i was super stoked to realize that harry potter was coming out tonight- which i found out just from reading your super sweet blog, and i got all excited and immediately called my boyfriend. i have to wake up at six tomorrow
but we’re going this weekend.
anyway, thanks for spreading the love. and i’m super ‘spoked’ (haha i stole that off another one of joy’s commenters) that you have put the bike spoke painting up on etsy. i’m afraid you’re going to have to make a whole bunch of them– hope the spokes aren’t TOO tedious (i saw you say something about how time consuming they are), because the painting is awesome. totally want one for my room. i’m gonna give a little nudge-nudge-wink-wink to my mom re: christmas.
