I got an email from my best friend Billie today. It said:
Hello! You have not blogged in 2 days! Are you ok?!?!?
Haha! I had to laugh because she knows me so well. Yes, I’ve been ok, just extremely busy. What have I been busy with? Thanks for asking.
First, I’m still trying to get used to working full time again. Its been almost a year since I’ve worked that much and its making me so tired. This has especially been a trying week, for reasons unknown to me.
But the REAL reason is simple…The Hubs and I have been sucked into a 3-season marathon of The Tudors, thanks to my girl Maura. OH EM GEE!!!! Every night I have been basking in the awesomeness that is Hollywood’s 16th century England. I’m pretty sure King Henry VIII wasn’t that hawt in real life, but who cares. If you haven’t seen it, you should. And if you have moral issues about nudity and foul language and whatnot…well, you’ve been warned. Its a sexy sexy show, I’m not even gonna lie about that. Go. See. It.
As for Friday Night Date Night, we will be on the couch once again, enjoying Tudors and Tacos. Peace out!
P.S. The title of this post is how Anne Boleyn and King Henry ended their love letters to each other. The Hubs sent me an email today saying the same thing at the end. Awwww!

The girls at school were OBSESSED with this show. To be fair, a lot of them were Early Modern specialists, so I suppose they were predisposed to it. But I’ve heard it’s quite addictive. When I finished my thesis and just wanted to watch fun TV for hours, many girls offered this as a choice.
